How else do you start a Monday after a Western Derby? With a Football game of course!

The SJGS Year 5/6 AFL Academy students hosted Great Southern Grammar School this morning. It was a great game with our SJGS boys taking out the win. Mr Taylor's year 5 class got in on the action and were the official stats team (and cheer squad!).

Final Score

SJGS 4.3 = 27 defeated Great Southern Grammar 2.2 = 14

SJGS AFLW Year 7-9 Results

The Year 7-9 AFLW Academy girls team are undefeated from two matches in the Docker's Cup Competition.

Game 1:

SJGS 4.3 = 27 defeated All Saints College A 3.3 = 21

Game 2:

SJGS 6.5 = 41 defeated All Saints College B 3.4 = 22

Well done to all the AFL/W Academy teams participating in competitions at the moment.
