Meeting with the Prime Minister

On Monday 31 July, our two School Captains, Taylia and Kielyn, had the opportunity to meet the Prime Minister, Mr Malcolm Turnball, at a function at the Sebel in Mandurah. After a short speech to the students, Mr Turnball fielded questions from the young people in this region who were present. Topics raised included unemployment in the Peel region, the economy, national security as well as why he was motivated to fulfill the role of Prime Minister. The Prime Minister then made himself available for pictures and a more informal chat with the students.
